I love guacamole. Amazingly, I’m the only one in my household who does. As much as I’d love to invite friends over to help me eat this delicious dip, sadly, I can’t always make that happen.

An entire bowl of guacamole that ends up going brown the next day isn’t an option for me. I also don’t want to have several servings I’m responsible for eating if I don’t want it to go brown.

A single serving of guacamole to make whenever I’m in the mood for a tasty snack is the answer. One avocado, one serving. No leftovers, no brown mush in my fridge the next day, and I’m left completely satisfied. Plus I don’t need an excuse to make it other than I feel like eating it.

Serve guacamole with keto options such as pork rinds, low carb tortilla chips, or sweet pepper chunks. Add it to taco salads and fajitas, on top of burgers, or get creative with other recipes.

  1. In a small bowl mash avocado until it's your desired consistency. Add lime juice and mix in immediately to help prevent browning.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Taste guacamole and add additional salt/pepper/cilantro to taste. Enjoy!
