
Baked Chili Shrimp with Garlic Butter

Chili powder and shrimp are all you need to make a deliciously simple seafood dinner. A little melted garlic butter on the side, a vegetable, and small salad and you’ve got a well rounded meal to give any seafood restaurant a run for their money.

Baked Chili Shrimp with Garlic Butter
Simply seasoned shrimp baked to perfection with a buttery garlic drizzled on top or served on the side for your dipping pleasure.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- sea salt to taste
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400F. Pat shrimp dry and place in single layer on baking sheet(s).

Drizzle olive oil over shrimp and toss to cover, realign them into single layer. Sprinkle chili powder and sea salt over shrimp. Bake for approximately 8 min, until shrimp are opaque and cooked through.

Meanwhile, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Once melted add garlic and cook for 2 to 3 minutes stirring frequently to prevent the garlic from burning. Remove from heat.

When shrimp is done place in a serving dish and either drizzle the garlic butter over the top of the shrimp, or serve on the side for dipping. Serve immediately.
