  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Pat shrimp dry and place in single layer on baking sheet(s).

  2. Drizzle olive oil over shrimp and toss to cover, realign them into single layer. Sprinkle chili powder and sea salt over shrimp. Bake for approximately 8 min, until shrimp are opaque and cooked through.

  3. Meanwhile, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Once melted add garlic and cook for 2 to 3 minutes stirring frequently to prevent the garlic from burning. Remove from heat.

  4. When shrimp is done place in a serving dish and either drizzle the garlic butter over the top of the shrimp, or serve on the side for dipping. Serve immediately.
