Almond flour takes the place of breadcrumbs in these low carb, keto friendly breaded pork chops.
Breaded pork chops are a family favorite. Parmesan cheese, ground mustard, and garlic take these chops from bland and boring to full flavor deliciousness. Choose a frying oil that has a high smoke point, such as avocado oil or tallow. Serve with your favorite low carb comfort food sides, such as cauliflower mash, green beans, or a side salad.

In a thick bottom skillet add about 1/4 inch oil (or preferred frying medium). Heat oil on medium low heat.
In a shallow container big enough to place a pork chop beat eggs and whipping cream. In another shallow container combine flour, cheese, and seasonings.
Pat pork chops dry, the dip into the egg mixture followed by the flour mixture. Coat both sides of chop.
Add pork chops to hot oil and let fry for approximately 7 minutes then flip pork chops. If chops are browning too fast turn the heat down a bit. After pork chops are flipped fry until chop temperature is 145F. Remove from oil and let rest briefly on a paper towel or on a cooling rack with paper towels under them.
