Cheesy Broccoli and Sausage with Cauliflower Rice is a quick, filling dinner with low carb veggies, cheese, and sausage.
A rice skillet dish has always been a go to comfort food for me. On keto I can’t have rice. Rather than sacrifice one of my favorite foods, substituting cauliflower rice makes this dish low carb friendly and perfect for a keto diet.
Adjust the vegetable amounts to reduce the carb load if it’s too high for your needs. Also, if you’re not a fan of sausage, try adding shrimp or chicken and it will be just as delicious.
