These amazing little balls of indulgent dark chocolate gratification have gotten me through some tough spots. Such as when the rest of the family treated themselves to cheesecake or impulse purchased cookies. I grabbed one of my cheesecake bites and the urge to grab a sugary dessert subsided.

Chocolate Hazelnut Cream Cheese Bites
Decadent, bold, chocolate hazelnut cream cheese bites, filled with a rich bittersweet, cacao flavor making it the ultimate keto indulgence.
Ingredients
- 8.8 oz 100% cacao chips unsweetened
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup stevia in the raw or 1 tsp liquid stevia
- 1 cup hazelnuts chopped
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions

Add cacao chips, cream, stevia, and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl and melt using 30 second intervals at half power, stirring between each round. If you don't want to use the microwave you can use a double boiler on the stovetop.

Once melted combine the cacao mix with cream cheese until fully incorporated. Fold in the nuts.

Roll into 28 approximately 1 inch balls. Roll each ball in additional keto safe sweetener, cacao powder, a blend of the 2, or hazelnuts as desired.

Store in refrigerator.
