Egg roll in a bowl is all about egg roll filling, and it may be one of the best meals you’ve had in awhile.

  1. Brown ground pork in a skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add coleslaw vegetable mix and allow it cook down.

  3. Add in mushrooms and remaining seasonings. Simmer for approximately 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Garnish with additional chives if desired.

Recipe Notes

Chinese five spice is a potent spice. Even 1/8 tsp may be too strong if you don't care for the flavor. Drop the amount to just a pinch or eliminate completely if it's too strong for you.

Sweetener amount is based on a keto friendly powdered sweetener, not liquid drops. Adjust amounts as necessary for your taste.
