Thread one mini mozzarella ball onto a toothpick.
Pierce the base of a basil leaf onto the toothpick next, then add a grape tomato. Fold the basil leaf over the tomato and pierce the top of the leaf onto the toothpick on the other side of the tomato.
Thread one more mini mozzarella ball onto the toothpick.
Lay completed caprese salad bites on a plate and drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.
