A simple, traditional side dish that goes well with a wide variety of main dishes.
Cook green beans per package instructions, or for fresh green beans, steam until tender.
Meanwhile, in a skillet melt butter. Then add garlic, lemon juice, and almonds. Saute, stirring frequently, until almonds are slightly browned. Be careful not to over cook the garlic.
Add green beans to serving dish, then pour butter and almond mix over the top.
