Spicy peppers and sausage turns up the heat with spice, bell peppers, and polska kielbasa.
Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add peppers, onion, garlic and sausage, allowing them to brown slightly before stirring. Cook until peppers are tender and sausage is heated through.
Add in creole seasoning and stir making sure seasoning is evenly coating all other ingredients. Continue heating for an additional 2 or 3 minutes before serving.
