Homemade meatballs are perfect on their own, as snacks or appetizers, or to compliment a main dish.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a mini muffin tin.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended.
Roll meat mixture into 24 balls and place one into each of the mini muffin tin spaces. Balls are approximately 2 tbsp of mixture each.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until meatballs are cooked through and slightly browned on the surface.
