Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a mini muffin tin.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended.

  3. Roll meat mixture into 24 balls and place one into each of the mini muffin tin spaces. Balls are approximately 2 tbsp of mixture each.

  4. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until meatballs are cooked through and slightly browned on the surface.
