A sweet, creamy keto version of a vanilla matcha latte perfect to sip any time.
Heat almond milk to desired temperature for a hot tea. It's easiest to use a glass measuring cup with a spout for easy pouring later.
Meanwhile, pour heavy cream and 1 SweetLeaf packet into the bottom of a large mug. Whisk or whip cream until it's thickened, but still fluid. I use a handheld milk frother for this step.
When almond milk is heated, whisk in matcha, vanilla powder, and remaining sweetener.
Gently pour almond milk over sweetened cream. Cream should warm slightly and rise to the top of the cup, similar to the froth or foam of a latte.
