Jalapeno cheddar sausage breakfast balls are perfect for when you're looking for a spicy start to your morning.

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil over medium heat. Add onions and cook until starting to turn transparent and slightly browned. Add jalapenos and garlic, cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat.

  2. In a medium bowl combine sausage, eggs, flour, cheese, and onion mix. When ingredients are evenly combined roll into 18 balls.

  3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Meanwhile, heat remaining oil in skillet and cook sausage balls until both sides are browned.

  4. Transfer sausage balls to a greased baking sheet and bake for approximately 10 minutes, or until center of sausage ball is cooked through. Allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes prior to serving to allow the breakfast ball to firm up after cooling.
