A refreshing low carb, stevia sweetened, margarita for when you're looking for a keto friendly cocktail on the sweeter side.
In a shaker add about 1/2 cup ice, tequila, sparkling water, lime juice, and sweetener. Shake to mix and chill ingredients.
Rub a lime wedge around the rim of the serving glass then dip in the salt. Add 1/2 cup ice (or amount to taste) and pour drink from shaker over the ice. Garnish with a lime wedge if desired.
