A fun take on buffalo chicken keeping all the traditional flavors, including celery and blue cheese, ready to become a plate of spicy lettuce wraps.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 c Frank's buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 c blue cheese crumbled
  • 3 celery stalks diced
  • Romaine lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. Brown chicken in skillet over medium heat, drain excess liquid. Mix in buffalo sauce, blue cheese and celery. Heat until cheese is melted but celery is still crisp. Serve as is or on lettuce leaves.
