  1. Fry or bake bacon to your crisp/chewy preference, then chop or tear into bite sized pieces.

  2. In a small bowl mix mayonnaise, vinegar, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, oregano, garlic, and basil.

  3. In a medium bowl combine broccoli, onion, cheddar and bacon. Pour dressing over broccoli mix, and toss to coat salad evenly. Refrigerate for at least an hour or until ready to serve.
